Joining Pack 442

Joining Pack 442 is easy.  Here’s how:

  1. Sign up for our pack email list to stay in the loop on all Pack 442 activities.
  2. Follow Pack 442 on Facebook.
  3. Complete the Online application process.
  4. Complete the Cub Scout medical form for your scout.
  5. Complete the Cub Scout medical form for your scout’s adult partner.
  6. Make a copy of your scout’s proof of medical insurance.

If you did not apply online then submit your application package (including all of the above items) in any of the following ways:

  • Give it to the Cubmaster.
  • Leave your application with the receptionist at Friendswood United Methodist Church, located at 110 N. Friendswood Drive, Friendswood, TX (call 281.482.7535 if you need help finding where to go on the church campus).
  • Mail your application package addressed as follows:

    Cub Scout Pack 442
    c/o Friendswood United Methodist Church
    110 N. Friendswood Drive
    Friendswood, TX 77546
